。。Before ordering product users may first query the browse images, which can finished in CRESDA or via the network.


。。Retrieval system and browse image
。。If you perform query in CRESDA, you can access to the Catalog Service Interface of the User Service Subsystem which is one of seven subsystems of the CBERS-1 Data Processing System. For this case, you can get desired coverage by entering the latitudes and logitudes or path and row of the upper left corner and the lower right corner (information about the path and row may be accessed from the CBERS-1 orbit map), or by drawing selection box directly in the digitial map displayed on the screen. In addition, you can also get your desired range by entering the query parameters such as the date of data acquisition, clound coverage or data quality indicator, and so on. After the query parameters are filled successfully, you can press the OK button, and then the desired image scenes will be displayed. Clicking on the Browse button for each of the choosen scenes, you will see the browse image for the scene (the browse image is sampled from the raw data). Finally, you should write down the scene ID, path and row, acquisition date for your approving data in order to fill the order form.

。。Order
。。When you want to order products, you should first fill the order form. According to the request, you should offer the paths/rows and acquisition dates for your desired image data products. Also, you can offer the place names or longitudes/latitudes to us, our operator can find the corresponding paths/rows for you based on the CBERS-1 orbit indexing map. In the point of view of your convenience and satisfaction, you'd better give clear indication of your demands on the products in the remark area of the order form, such as level of products, output media, spectral bands, clound coverage, and data quality, and so on. In addition, you'd better give us distinctly your detailed contact information including your organization, contact person's name, telephone number, mail address, delivery manner, and so on.
After we get the order forms, we will take the next disposal according to following different cases:
。。* If the image data choosen by you are confirmed to meet the demands, we will directly program them for production.
。。* For the image data you haven't query, service personnel will query them for you and determine to accept or reject. The accepted image data will be programmed for production.
。。* For the image data which are not in the database at present, service personnel will be responsible for informing you, and consulting with you about whether you want to track the next acquisition (26 days afterwards) or cancel the ordering in the order form.
。。* For emergency cases, for example the suden disaster, you want immediately get the image data, we will apply for the side looking of CCD camera and tell you the time limit. For this cases, we will request a new acquisition plan, the new request will be arraged after the administrator of operation management consult with the TT&C center. When the data are acquired and satisfy your demands, we will arrage production. When the acquired data don't meet your demands, we will consult with you and decide whether we will apply for the new acquisition again.
。。* If the data you required is not within the coverage of three receiving stations, we will apply for using the magnetic recorder onboard CBERS-1 after the administrator of operation management consult with the TT&C center. When the data are acquired and satisfy your demands, we will arrage production. When the acquired data don't meet your demands, we will consult with you and decide whether we will apply for using the magnetic recorder onboard CBERS-1.
。。When the products are generated, we will inform you as quickly as possible to perform transaction on the delivery of final products.
